(Torrelavega, Cantabria, Spain)
Torrelavega is a Spanish municipality and city located in Cantabria. With an industrial and commercial character, it is the second most important urban center in the autonomous community, after the capital, Santander.
The project site is located in the southern part of the municipality, on a municipal plot located between Avenida Cantabria and María Pardo Municipal Sports Hall.
Set in a tree-lined environment, this 1,200 m² concrete skatepark stands out for its organic shapes, curves of varying heights and radius, and a mix of metal coping, no-pings, and pool coping. The skatepark is divided into three distinct yet interconnected areas: a high-profile flow park zone, a beginner’s bowl, and a street area.
